Within KTD's range, Rocklin covers two main product lines: Rocklinizer for treating metal surfaces, and MoldMender for repairing steel moulds. The Rocklinizer deposits material from an electrode onto the area being treated, to improve wear resistance, create grip or restore a component's dimensions. MoldMender uses low-heat micro-welding to add material where a mould has been damaged. Both lines serve maintenance work and localised repair of tooling and moulds on the shop floor.
