The Rocklinizer Model 950 uses spark-deposition technology to apply very hard electrode material to metal surfaces, tools and moulds. It supports Titanium Carbide at approx. 80 HRC, Tungsten Carbide at approx. 70 HRC and Rockhard at approx. 60 HRC. The material penetrates both below and above the surface of the part without generating significant heat, so the original heat treatment is preserved. The Model 950 offers a wide coating range, a high-speed rotating applicator, digital display, touch control panel and built-in air pump, making it suitable for wear resistance, tolerance restoration and improved grip in industrial production and maintenance.
