The Rocklinizer Micro is a battery-powered carbide deposition unit designed for jobs that demand high portability. It deposits extremely hard, wear-resistant material onto metal surfaces, tools and moulds to extend equipment life, reduce wear and improve grip. The operator can adjust the power level on the LED dial to control the amount of carbide applied to the surface. The unit supports Titanium Carbide, Tungsten Carbide and Rockhard electrodes with different hardness levels. It runs on battery for up to approx. 3 hours or can be used plugged in for continuous operation.
