The Rocklinizer Model 850 applies carbide to metal surfaces, tools and moulds by spark deposition. It can use Tungsten Carbide, Titanium Carbide and Rockhard electrodes to build a hard material layer both above and below the surface of the part. The process generates no significant heat, minimising any effect on the part's heat treatment. The Model 850 features a rotating applicator, digital display and touch controls, making it suitable for maintenance, wear resistance, improved grip and tolerance restoration on a wide range of industrial parts.
