Technomark TEMPO integrated dot peen marking machine

The Technomark TEMPO belongs to the INLINE.series and is an electromagnetic dot peen marking solution developed specifically for automated production lines, special-purpose machines and robot cells. The compact marking head has an anodised aluminium frame, steel housing and protective cover for greater durability in industrial environments. Three mounting faces allow the head to be installed in multiple orientations for 360° use, making TEMPO easy to integrate into existing systems. The machine offers two marking windows, 30 × 60 mm and 120 × 60 mm, marks at up to 3 characters/second and is designed for continuous 24/7 production. The controller has a 10-inch tempered-glass touchscreen and can be rack-mounted, panel-mounted or fitted on a VESA 100 mount. The system provides 3 USB ports, Ethernet TCP/IP, Profinet or Ethernet/IP connectivity and a configurable 16-channel I/O card. Technomark software offers real-time marking information, variable management, maintenance management, multiple access levels and functions for automated integration. TEMPO supports alphanumeric text, serial numbering, date and time, variable data, logos, symbols, DataMatrix, QR Code, and linear, angular, radial or mirror marking.
