Technomark EASY 60 dot peen marking machine

The Technomark EASY 60 belongs to the CONNECT.series and uses electromagnetic dot peen technology to create permanent marks through a series of mechanical impacts on the material. It can mark surfaces with a hardness of up to 63 HRC. Its handheld design lets operators move freely around the production area and bring the marking head directly to medium-sized, large, heavy or hard-to-reach parts. The EASY 60 has a 60 × 30 mm marking window, an integrated 22V lithium-ion battery and several power options to keep production running when the battery is low. The marking head has an OLED screen showing real-time information such as battery status, network coverage and the current marking file. The head communicates wirelessly with the controller, allowing the operator to move within a range of approx. 10 m. The controller has a 10-inch tempered-glass touchscreen and supports RFID, 3 USB ports, Ethernet and a standard VESA 100 mount. Technomark software provides marking window preview, real-time marking information, predictive maintenance, operator/administrator access rights, and logo and DataMatrix marking.
