Technomark EASY 120 dot peen marking machine

The Technomark EASY 120 belongs to the CONNECT.series and is designed for industrial marking applications that require a large marking window and flexible mobility. It uses electromagnetic dot peen technology, creating permanent marks through a series of impacts from the marking head on the material surface, and can be used on materials with a hardness of up to 63 HRC. With its 120 × 60 mm marking window, the EASY 120 is particularly suited to large marks or content containing a lot of information. The handheld design allows operators to move around the workshop and mark directly on medium-sized to large parts, heavy parts or hard-to-reach locations. The marking head has an integrated 22V lithium-ion battery and supports several power options to minimise production interruptions. The OLED screen on the head provides real-time data on battery, network connection and the current marking file. Wireless communication between the head and controller allows movement within a range of approx. 10 m. The controller features a 10-inch tempered-glass touchscreen, RFID technology, 3 USB ports, Ethernet, 220V power supply and a standard VESA 100 mount. Technomark software supports marking content management, marking window preview, predictive maintenance, logo and DataMatrix marking, and a range of extended licence packages.
