Buchem Reiniger SE hot mould cleaner

Buchem Reiniger SE is a broad-spectrum mould cleaner designed to tackle deposits that form during plastic injection production. These deposits can originate from plastic decomposition products or from additives such as stabilisers, flame retardants and antistatic agents. Reiniger SE uses a special solvent blend to soften and remove deposits from the mould cavity with minimal disruption to production. It can be sprayed onto the mould, left for a short contact time and then wiped off, or cleared by running a few shots. Because it does not dissolve mineral grease, it has no significant effect on the sliding properties of ejector pins and slides.
